Failed Delivery

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, no receiver, or refusal to accept the order, it will return to us.
Return shipping charges and any applicable duties/taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking Shows Delivered but You Didn’t Receive It

If the courier marks your order as delivered, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
