Pendant Notice:
The chain is made of 316L stainless steel, but the pendant itself is not stainless steel.
However, it is made from high-quality materials and will not rust easily with normal everyday use.
Still, we do NOT recommend wearing it in sea water (khara pani) to ensure long life and perfect shine.

Warranty Coverage

Ravion offers two types of warranties:

1. 14-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects (from date of purchase).

2. Lifetime color/plating warranty — applies only to stainless steel pieces.

Brass, 925 silver, and other materials are not covered under the plating warranty.
Neither warranty covers damage caused by excessive wear or lack of proper care.

Wrist/Neck Measurement:

• Use a measuring tape to measure your wrist or neck in inches.

• If you don’t have one, wrap a paper strip around your wrist/neck and mark where it overlaps.

• Lay the paper flat and measure it with a ruler.

💍 Ring Size Guide:

1. Wrap a string or thin wire around the thickest part of your finger. Mark the point where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimeters (MM).

2. If you already have a ring that fits well, measure its inner diameter to get your approximate size.

• 316L stainless steel pieces are built to last a lifetime.

• Jewelry made from other metals may oxidize or darken over time when exposed to air, sweat, or chemicals.

• Tips to keep your jewelry in perfect condition:
  • 🧼 Polish with a soft polishing cloth
  • 👜 Store in a protective pouch inside the Ravion box when not in use
  • 🚫 Avoid perfumes, deodorants, lotions & harsh chemicals
  • 💧 Remove non-stainless steel jewelry before swimming, showering, or heavy workouts
